By accessing or using the Crowd Ninja website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Crowd Ninja is a marketplace that connects Advertisers (users requesting social media engagement) with Executors (users performing tasks). We facilitate the exchange of services for USDT cryptocurrency.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to complete tasks.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the system.
• Posting illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or interfere with the proper working of the Service.
• Engaging in any activity that violates the terms of service of third-party platforms (Google, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

5. Payments and Withdrawals

• All transactions on the platform are conducted in USDT (Tether).
• Advertisers pay for services in advance.
• Executors receive payment upon successful verification of completed tasks.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum limits and network fees as specified on the platform.
• We are not responsible for loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by users.

6. Task Verification and Disputes

Tasks are verified automatically or manually. If a dispute arises between an Advertiser and an Executor, Crowd Ninja reserves the right to make the final decision based on available evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crowd Ninja and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Crowd Ninja, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
